Steve Brazelton
Attorney
Steve is a native of Los Angeles, where he graduated with multiple honors from Loyola Marymount University and Southwestern University School of Law. At Southwestern, he served as the Articles Editor for the Southwestern Journal of International Law, clerked for a NAFTA Arbitration Panel, and interned for the world’s largest law firm, Baker & McKenzie. After beginning his career at Tredway, Lumsdaine & Doyle in Los Angeles, Steve moved to Reno in 1995 to represent Super Shops, Inc., an auto parts manufacturer and retailer.
At Super Shops, Steve gained valuable experience defending personal injury and product liability claims. He opened the Brazelton Law firm in 1999 and began representing injured clients. Steve’s previous work for immigration clients has been recognized for its innovation in national publications.
Steve and his wife Nathalie Huynh raised two daughters in Reno. Steve is an avid skier, mountain biker and hiker. He is fluent in Spanish and loves to eat street tacos and surf in Mexico.
Debra McKean
Debra graduated from Glassboro State College (Rowan University) with a degree in Law and Justice. She has worked for the Brazelton Law Firm since 2000 as an Office Manager and Litigation Paralegal. Previously she owned her own catering business and worked as a User Analyst for the San Francisco Chronicle and San Francisco Examiner newspapers.
